Tip # 15 Prefinished Wood!

Hi All, Come one, come all to the beginning of fall. Hope everyone is having a ball with this weather. Nice to see anything out of the 100 degrees....Here at Fogels in Augusta Georgia we sell pre-finished or refinished floors. One adds several layers of dust when installing and if a retail tells you otherwise remember this post. Pre-finished has less dust but the end butt joints are not going to be totally flat. Tip # 15 is pre-finished wood has beveled joints. It can be a micro bevel or larger. This is not a defect it is intentional so as the wood expands and contracts one end will be level with the other.
