Tip #29 And I am behind...again But still moving forward.

Hi Ya'll, Designer with all the flooring you will ever need at her finger tips. With all the rain people are interested in moisture resistant floors. ivcus has a new luxury vinyl out and its name is "moduleo". It is a floor that provides protection against scuffs, stains and scratches. The question then is "What floor holds up against high heel shoes"? Tip #29: Moduleo offers the ultimate defense against these difficult wearing items and a Super Guard Stain warranty. WARNING: Nothing is 100% but when it comes to tough wear and moisture resistance this floor is the bomb. Residential 30 year warranty...Commercial 15 year...WoW!!! With all the rain we have had here in Augusta Ga this is the floor everyone needs it looks like real wood also. Come by 2825 Washington rd and view it. Thanks, Fancy Pants Pammy

Tip 28 And Don't Be Late!!!

Hello Crazy Wonderful Wacked Out World, Yes I am in a great mood. Don't be shocked, LOL, commercial jobs have picked up and houses have started to sell. It isn't gang busting but it will do for a start. Commercial question for the day. Should moisture test be ran on the foundation of every job. Tip # 28: If you sign a contract run the test...Keeps everyone out of court...I know the tests are expensive but they have different price ones and any will hold up legally. To avoid the mess run the test. Smile, our two weeks of rain is about to end. Happy designing!!! FFP

WeekEnd was GREAT!!! Monday Blues to get back in the Swing of things!!!! Tip # 27

Hey World, Take me out to the ball park....Went to a green jackets game for BNI best referral group in the world!!! They lost but good times were had by all. Fireworks were included too!!!!Whew hew!!!! Back to Monday everybody gets sick and leaves it up to FFP for the day!!!! Scary huh? Things happen just take it one bite at a time. A lady last week asked me a question about remodeling. If your kitchen floor needs to be replaced and you might want to replace cabinets two years from now should she do the floors now. HERE IS THE ONLY ANSWER: Do not live your life around an "I might do something". Tip # 27: Replace the floor in that kitchen and add an extra 5% so when you do move the cabinets you can repair the floor. If your flooring company can't do this come see us at Fogel's Fine Floors in Augusta Georgia because we do know how to insert pieces into floors and make them look great. Hope everyone has a great day!! Smile, FFP
