Yes I am in a great mood. Don't be shocked, LOL, commercial jobs have picked up and houses have started to sell. It isn't gang busting but it will do for a start. Commercial question for the day. Should moisture test be ran on the foundation of every job. Tip # 28: If you sign a contract run the test...Keeps everyone out of court...I know the tests are expensive but they have different price ones and any will hold up legally. To avoid the mess run the test. Smile, our two weeks of rain is about to end. Happy designing!!! FFP
